VT.APL missing after reinstall TD 6.1

My PC was upgraded from XP to a WIN7 managed workstation (i.e. no Admin rights).
I needed to reinstall TD 6.1 and now every time I open an .app file, I get an error that VT.APL is missing. If I copy VT.APL over to that directory, then it asks for the next one, etc.

I put the Team Developer 6.1 directory in the PATH, but it does not make a difference.

How do I set this up so that those files will be found?

Thanks!

Hi:

The vt.apl file should be in the installation directory (please see attached picture).

When you run Team Developer you should be able to include vt.apl library. (please see attached picture)

Otherwise, TD 6.1 was not installed properly. Try to reinstall it again and check that the file exists.

TD does not make use of the windows path setting to find libraries (apl's), unfortunately.
So adding the TD installation folder to the path will not help if the vt libraries are located in the TD folder and TD is not able to find them.

You have to add the TD installation folder in the preferences, tab "Directories" in the field "Global path".
(this setting is saved to the registry, be sure you have rights to do this).
